What services do you offer?

We offer a comprehensive range of services including interior and exterior design, architectural design/plans (renovations and/or new construction), architectural planning, project management, custom furniture design, and landscape design.

How do you charge for your services?

Our fees are typically structured as a combination of a flat design fee and a percentage of the project cost. This ensures transparency and aligns our interests with those of our clients.

Can you service anywhere?

Yes, we are able to come out to any home in the world to 3D Drone Scan the property, and work with you to bring your home to life with detailed precision and accuracy.

Can you work with my existing contractor or builder?

Absolutely. We often collaborate with contractors, builders, and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of our designs into the construction process. We also have a network on builders that are vetted and qualified to build our designs.

Do you offer consultations before we commit to a project?

Yes, we offer an initial 30 minute consultation to discuss your needs, preferences, and project scope. This helps us understand your vision and to see if we will be a good fit.

How involved will I need to be in the design process?

Your level of involvement is entirely up to you. Some clients prefer to be hands-on, while others trust us to make decisions on their behalf. We tailor our approach to suit your preferences.

What is the typical timeline for a project?

Timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of the project. After an initial consultation, we can provide a more detailed timeline specific to your project. On average, our design timelines, from concept to completion, are 6-8 weeks.

How can you help with Materials if we are out of the country?

Your dedicated project manager will work with vendors in your area to ensure all materials selected in your design are able to be purchased and within your budget.

How do you keep my project within budget if you are not local?

Our network on Contractors/Builders will be a part of your Design Process to ensure your project stays within your budget needs.

Can I hire a contractor that I want to hire, or do I have to go with a Contractor in your network?

You are free to choose any Contractor you choose, but if you go with one of our vetted Contractors, your full design fee will be credited towards the Build/Construction – so ultimately its free.

Also, all our Contractors in our network have been vetted to ensure they are detailed-oriented, and qualified to build our designs to perfection.

What happens if the Contractor has questions throughout the Construction? Will you be able to help?

We are always 100% dedicated to your project. If your Contractor ever has questions during the construction process, we have allocated up to 10 calls within your design/architectural package to answer any questions that may arise.

What happens if we need more than 10 calls during the construction phase?

Additional calls are available to be purchased (depending on needs), or we offer a full Management package that you can add to your project, so we are fully available to your needs and ensure your project is finished to STYLARC standards.
