It’s time to bring your vision to life in 3D! We meticulously craft every detail so you can see what the design will look like in real life. The first renders provide the foundation for a collaborative and iterative process toward the final project.
Step 04 | Real-time Collaboration
Welcome to the iterative phase, where we refine the design to perfection. Thanks to our state-of-the-art technology, we can make changes on the spot as you virtually “walk through” your new home before it’s built.
Step 05 | The Big Reveal
You’re almost to the finish line before the building begins! The design concept has been refined and approved. Now, we’ll translate those 3D concepts into comprehensive blueprints and detailed drawings necessary for permitting and construction.
Step 06 | Plans / Architectural Phase
Your Design is finally complete, and now it is time to finalize the last phase - your Architectural Plans. This Phase will include all plans needed to submit for permits, and complete all the construction of your new gorgeous home.
Step 07 | Project Handoff
You did it! During the project handoff, we ensure every aspect of your luxury house plans have been executed to your specifications and requirements. You’ll walk away from this experience with everything needed to bring your vision to life.
